See Nora work a real inbox end to end: she reads the mail, finds the right file in a Drive full of documents, drafts the reply, proposes and books a meeting on her own calendar, and files her work back to Drive — and she only ever acts after you approve, from her own clearly-labeled identity. Never as you.

The setup

Nora has her own workspace — a Gmail inbox, a Google Calendar, and a Google Drive holding dozens of documents (quarterly earnings, board decks, contracts, budgets, product notes). You email her like you'd email a great executive assistant.

Scenario 1 — "Find me that file and summarize it"

You email Nora: "Please get me the file of Q4's earnings, read it and summarize it to me."

Nora searches her Drive — among two dozen files — finds Q4-2026-earnings, reads it, and replies with a tight summary. Ask for just "the earnings file" and she won't guess: she lists the four quarterly files and asks which one. No wrong file, ever.

Scenario 2 — "Reply, set up the meeting, and write it up"

A partner (Sarah at Brightwave) emails about a Q3 partnership.

Nora:

  1. Drafts a reply in your voice — ready for you to send.
  2. Proposes a meeting with Sarah. You reply AG to approve → Nora books it on her calendar and sends Sarah the invite from her own labeled address (never as you).
  3. Writes a "Q3 partnership brief" and files it to Drive, replying with the link.

Every step that reaches another person passes the same gate: propose → you approve → Nora acts as herself.

Why it works this way

Nora is built to be trusted with real work. She drafts what you send, and the few things she does — invite someone, share a file, book a meeting — happen only on your explicit say-so, always from her own identity, never by impersonating you. That guardrail is what makes Nora safe to put in front of a real inbox.
