Roadmap

Where Nora is, and where she's going. Live in production today — R1 (Nora on our domain) is running; the higher-assurance rungs (R2 in-tenant, R3 self-hosted) are built and activate per client. Most capability ships off by default and is turned on deliberately, so the current focus is adoption — turning built into used.

Legend: ✅ done · 🟡 in progress · ⬜ planned.

✅ Core assistant

Forward an email (or write plain English) → a copy-ready reply, summary, analysis, or report in your voice, in seconds. Command codes + plain language; reads attachments (PDF/Word/Excel); returns Office-file reports. You always send; Nora never sends as you.

Beyond drafting, Nora can do the coordinating step — propose a meeting, place a calendar hold, invite a participant, share a file — always from her own labeled identity, only after your AG.

✅ Meets your data-trust level (the assurance ladder)

One product, three rungs: R1 (our domain, live), R2 (mail stays in your Google/M365 tenant), R3 (fully self-hosted, nothing leaves your walls). Plus KL — a one-keystroke "keep this private" that processes a message entirely on-device.

✅ Depth

Fact-checked research, cross-thread memory, friendly follow-ups on un-approved proposals, a voice profile that makes drafts sound more like you over time, and triage (TR) — forward a batch, get a priority-ranked digest so you don't read every thread.

✅ Self-improving

Nora's own engineering reviews, maintains, and learns from itself on a schedule — bounded, and with a human in control of anything that reaches another person.

🟡 Showcase

A public, end-to-end demo on a real Google Workspace (account setup + recording in progress).

◄ Now: adoption

  • Self-serve onboarding — email [email protected]; invited users get a private address back, no setup.
  • First real tenants live — activate Nora for real inboxes and gather feedback.

⬜ Next (as demand pulls)

  • ⬜ Act on individual items straight from a triage digest.
  • ⬜ Richer relationship memory (with the strongest privacy safeguards).
  • ⬜ In-tenant (R2) and self-hosted (R3) activation for real clients; per-rung pricing.
